To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

• Unworn or lightly tried on
• In its original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, or signs of excessive use
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items clearly identified as non-returnable
• Personalized or customized products
• Watches damaged through misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear
